Refund & Return Policy

At HIVS, we keep it real — our mission is to hype you up with the freshest streetwear. But if something doesn’t work out, here’s how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.


📆 Return Timeline

Our return and exchange window lasts 48 hours from the date of delivery.
If 48 hours have passed, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.


✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Must be returned in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Include the original order ID or invoice.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items bought on sale or discount
  • Caps, innerwear, socks, or other personal accessories
  • Gift cards or digital downloads (if any)

🔄 Exchanges Only

We currently offer exchange only, not refunds.
You can request an exchange only for sizing issues or damaged/defective items.

To raise a request, contact us within 48 hours at 📧 Hivs8419@gmail.com with order details and clear product pictures.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or damaged items not due to our error
  • Items returned after the 7-day window
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Accessories and hygiene-sensitive items

🔁 Exchange Process

  1. Email us at Hivs8419@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason.
  2. Once approved, ship the product to our return address (shared via email).
  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll dispatch your new item.

Shipping for returns/exchanges is to be borne by the customer.


📦 Shipping Your Return

You’ll be given the address after we approve your exchange.
We recommend using a trackable courier service for safety — we’re not liable for returns lost in transit.


🧾 Refunds (Only if Approved)

Refunds are only offered if:

  • The product is out of stock after payment.
  • The returned product qualifies after inspection and exchange is not available.

If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.


💸 Late or Missing Refunds?

  • First check your bank or UPI app.
  • Contact your card provider or Razorpay if needed.

🎁 Gift Returns

Received HIVS as a gift?
If it was marked as a gift during purchase, you’ll receive a gift credit once your return is accepted.
