We currently ship all over India.
International shipping is not available (yet – stay tuned 👀).
⏱ Delivery Time
- Processing Time: 1–2 working days
- Delivery Time: 4–10 working days depending on your location
(Metro cities usually get faster delivery than remote areas)
⚠️ Delivery may take longer during sales, festivals, or unexpected courier delays. But we always keep you updated.
💸 Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping PAN India ✅
- COD (if available): May include a small convenience fee
🔁 Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive:
- A tracking ID via email or WhatsApp
- A live tracking link so you can stalk your parcel’s every move

We ship all items in durable, secure packaging so your fits arrive fresh and flawless.
❗ Delayed or Missing Orders?
If your order is taking longer than expected or shows as delivered but you didn’t receive it:
- Contact the courier with your tracking number
- Still no luck? Email us at Hivs8419@gmail.com and we’ll sort it out
📬 Address Issues
Make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout.
We’re not responsible for delays or returns due to incorrect or incomplete info.
🛑 Delivery Refusal or Missed Delivery
If the package is returned to us due to:
- Delivery refusal
- Repeated missed delivery attempts
- Wrong address
You’ll have to pay reshipping charges to get the product again.
