📦 Orders & Payments
- All prices are listed in INR (₹).
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled if already shipped.
- You will receive confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp after successful payment.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
- We ship across India.
- Delivery time is typically 5–10 working days.
- Delays can happen (holidays, high demand, etc.), but we’ll always keep you updated.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
We offer exchange only (no refund) under the following conditions:
- The product is unworn, unused, and with original tags.
- You inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- The exchange will only be for size or defective product issues.

💳 Payment Issues
If your payment failed but money was deducted, it’s usually reversed in 5–7 working days. If not, contact your bank or Razorpay.
